Wave Sport at Teva Mountain Games

Wave Sport is sponsoring the Kayak Freestyle event, June 3-4, at Teva Mountain Games (TMG) this year. The Games are the country's premiere celebration of adventure sports, art, and music. Professional and amateur athletes from around the world converge upon the mountains and rivers of Vail to compete in eight sports and 24 disciplines for more than $100,000 in prize money.

Wave Sport will have a tent set up in Gear Town with our pros available to answer questions. We will be raffling off some great logo apparel throughout the weekend to benefit First Descents. So come by, chat with the experts, enter for a chance at winning some great logo apparel and contribute to an excellent cause.

TMG has four planned kayaking events: Steep Creek Championship, Freestyle, 8-Ball Kayak Sprint and the Down River Sprint, which is a leg of the GNC Ultimate Mountain Challenge.

The Teva Mountain Games will be held June 2-5, 2011, in Vail, Colorado. The events promote a philosophy of adventure, multi-sport passion, and outdoor play that Wave Sport is proud to sponsor.
